Little changes make a BIG difference!

Choose up to three daily habits you’d like to add to your current routine. Aim for 80% success over 6 weeks (34 out of 42 days). Stay motivated with weekly emails providing encouragement and troubleshooting techniques. This challenge is completely customizable because you get to decide what you want to work on.

How to participate:

Register online  to receive welcome packet with tracking sheet via email. Registration is now closed.
Choose up to three little habits you want to focus on and track daily completion.
Aim for 80% success between February 3 and March 15 (34 out of 42 days) to conquer the challenge!
