Join Health Matters for Midweek Mindfulness via Zoom on July 22! These virtual mindfulness breaks will include a brief introduction followed by a 10-15 minute guided mindfulness exercise. Class size is limited and only open to State of Idaho employees.  Register online to reserve your spot.
