Family Health and Fitness Day encourages families to partake in physical activity together!

Here are 10 ideas to get your entire family moving:
  1. Take a walk together
  2. Visit one of Idaho’s beautiful state parks
  3. Go on a family bike ride
  4. Build an obstacle course in your backyard
  5. Visit a local pool or swimming hole
  6. Have a dance party and show off your best moves
  7. Play an active game like kickball, soccer, or basketball
  8. Build an outdoor fort
  9. Run through the sprinklers and/or have a water balloon fight
  10. Have a scavenger hunt
