It’s time to drink up! Many of us don’t drink as much water as we should each day. With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season in full force, drinking water is one of the easiest ways to care for your body. Drinking more water can energize you and help your body and brain function optimally. So, water you waiting for? Dive right into a healthier and happier you!
How to Participate
- Register online .
- Try to consume at least eight, eight-ounce cups of water each day for two weeks.
- Each eight-ounce cup of water you drink is worth one point. Only water counts! To complete the challenge you need to accumulate 96 points, or 12 full days.
- Track your water intake using the HO, HO, HO, H2O! tracking sheet.
Email completed tracking sheets to Health Matters by Friday, December 27 to be eligible for prizes like water bottles, reusable straws, and more!
