Get moving and add a little spring to your step just in time for summer! All fitness levels are welcome in this simple and fun team challenge.

  1. Grab a group of co-workers and identify a team captain. Team captains register their team online. [Registration is now closed.]
  2. Participants earn activity points by tracking steps and completing other optional activities throughout their day.
  3. Team captains report their team’s weekly activity points to Health Matters to be eligible for prizes at the end of the challenge!
