Get moving and add a little spring to your step just in time for summer! All fitness levels are welcome in this simple and fun team challenge.
- HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Grab a group of co-workers and identify a team captain. Team captains register their team online. [Registration is now closed.]
- Participants earn activity points by tracking steps and completing other optional activities throughout their day.
- Team captains report their team’s weekly activity points to Health Matters to be eligible for prizes at the end of the challenge!
