If you are 18 years or older  with a BMI over 25\, you automatically qualify for the program!  If you have pre-diabetes or are at risk for diabetes\, most insurance companies will cover the cost. This program is CDC recognized and Medicare approved. There are scholarships available for those who need financial assistance.  In addition\, they are offering FREE Health Screenings that include glucose and A1c measurements to anyone who has not recently had these levels measured.
