YMCA's Adult Programs (Treasure Valley)

YMCA's Adult Programs

  • Delay the Disease Program provides evidence-based functional exercises to help participants with Parkinson’s and other Neurological Disorders manage their symptoms.
  • LIVESTRONG is a 12-week small group program for adult cancer survivors who have become de-conditioned, or chronically ill from their treatment and/or disease.
  • Movement for Memory is an exercise program appropriate for people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and early dementia. Classes are held at the South Meridian YMCA.
  • Wellness Coaching provides guidance for participants to make lasting change in behavior, self-awareness, and self-image.
