Flu Shot Clinics
It's that time of year! There are two Boise Capitol Mall Worksite Flu Shot Clinics scheduled for State of Idaho Employees. These clinics are administered by Ladd Family Pharmacy, a Blue Cross of Idaho In-Network provider. Registration is open
Concerned about coverage? The Office of Group Insurance recommends that every person check with their insurance carrier regarding coverage of flu vaccinations prior to attending any flu clinics. For those members on the State’s group insurance program, flu vaccines are included in the Preventive Care benefit when administered by an In-Network pharmacist or provider at no co-pay for the vaccine to the individual. State employees and their dependents who have questions about prescription coverages or network pharmacy providers may contact Blue Cross of Idaho’s Pharmacy Benefit Manager, CVS Caremark Rx Customer Care at 855-839-5205 or Blue Cross Customer Service at the number on the back of the member ID card.
